Operator scrap above this percentage is auto-routed to a supervisor for disposition. Default 5%. Currently 5%.
Writes AuditEvent action='setting_updated' with before/after.
Other defaults
Approval thresholds and risk windows.
  • Owner approval threshold: $50,000 (quotes above this require owner_gm sign-off).
  • At-risk window: 2 business days before due date.
  • Quote expiry: 30 days after submission.
